Speak to me
Softly covering my mind and my soul
Holding up a picture that you want me to see
Playing out the role of a person you want to be
I don’t want to lie, like you do
I don’t want to put on new faces, to show you
I just want to try and woo you
Cos everything I am, stands in front of you
Come to me
Lay with me stripped bare of your disguise
Offer me the courtesy of your reality
Let me see the person that you were born to be
I don’t want to lie, like you do
I don’t want to put on new faces, to show you
I just want to try and woo you
Cos everything I am, stands in front of you
I've got to get this weight off,
My mind is getting too heavy,
It's dark in here.
One step beyond the horizon,
There may be a glimmer,
Of light,
Still glowing.
Rotorro is a producer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ originally from London but now residing deep in the heart of Europe. He has been writing music since the age of 15 and has performed in many bands as well as managing a number, mostly in the UK. He works for VKRS Net Label in an A&R capacity as well as writing artist reviews from time to time for the site.
Throughout this period he has retained an abiding interest in electronic music, however. Most of his original work these days is electronic in nature on the ‘down’ side of ‘tempo’.
As part of the Net Label and Soundcloud communities Rotorro has had the chance to collaborate with many artists which gives him the chance to loosen the electronica mantle whilst never really losing it. This album is a selection of collaborative works from recent months chosen because they, as he says, ‘sound nice together’.
Rotorro plays guitar, bass, piano, mandolin, ukelele, harmonica & melodion as well as a host of other eclectic instruments he keeps in a cluttered studio in Luxembourg (not all featured on this album).

Jeremy was a guy I heard a great song from one time (Blue Sky) and I thought...I really must go back and listen to some of his stuff some time. Wish I had earlier but starting on the back-cat. Great Rotorro
